The short version. Play the games. Don't attack the servers or harass the people you play with. Four games are free forever; the rest are one payment, not a subscription. We'll do our best, but we can't promise a card game is flawless or always reachable.
Your Card Table is made and operated by Penny Foundry LLC, a limited liability company registered in Ohio, United States ("we", "us"). By using the app or this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Ten card games. Klondike, Spider, FreeCell and Crazy Eights are free and we intend to keep them that way. Gin, Cribbage, Hearts, Canasta, Hand and Foot and Callbreak are included in a single one-time unlock.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own enjoyment. You don't own the software; you're allowed to use it.
You can play live or by correspondence. The host's unlock covers the table — guests always play free, and a guest does not need to have bought anything.
Playing with others creates an identity on our servers. You don't make an account and there's no password; see the Privacy page for exactly what that stores.
Whatever you type where another person can see it — a display name, most obviously — is your responsibility. Don't use it to harass, impersonate, or post anything unlawful. We may remove a name, or an identity, that is used that way.

We may suspend or remove access if someone is doing these things. For anything less clear-cut, we'd rather email you than ban you.
Your Card Table is for entertainment. There is no wagering, no real-money play, and nothing of monetary value can be won, purchased, cashed out or transferred. Scores, streaks and standings are for their own sake.
We'll try to keep things running, but we don't guarantee the app or the online services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features — including online multiplayer and correspondence play — and we may do maintenance without notice.
If online play ends, the single-player games you have unlocked remain playable. They do not depend on our servers to deal or to score.
Your records — statistics, streaks, settings, saved setups — live on your device, not on ours. If you clear your data or lose the device, they're gone, and we have no copy to restore.
The app, its card art, table designs, text, name and logos are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Attribution for any third-party or historical material we use is recorded in the app's Sources & Method page.
The games are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring them somewhere else.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll update the effective date and note it in the app's What's New. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.
